DU Employee 订婚 Survey

As part of DU IMPACT 2025, the University is committed to being an exemplary employer through strengthening 教师 和 工作人员 engagement. This employee engagement survey is one of several information-gathering methods meant to help leaders 和 teams think holistically about their strengths 和 challenges. Follow-up surveys will be held in the future.

Diversity 和 Inclusive Excellence

Inclusive Excellence (IE) is the recognition that a community or institution's success is dependent on how well it values, 从事, 和 includes the rich diversity of students, 工作人员, 教师, 管理员, 和 alumni constituents. More than a short-term project or single office initiative, this comprehensive approach requires a fundamental transformation of the institution by embedding 和 practicing IE in every effort, 方面, 和 level of a college or university.
